About Clearflow Drains

Brilliant service by Neil at Clearflow drains. Called regarding an issue with my blocked drains which was an ongoing problem that my insurance company couldn’t get to the bottom of. Neil came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. An absolute delight!

I called the night before with a over flowing outside drain which was causing lots of problems in my back garden. The guy was very professional came out next morning he took one look at the problem and said let me check with your neighbours. He found out 2 doors down had a over flowing drain as well that's where the problem started and she had called the council about it. He told me to called seven trent water they will sort it and no charge. I called seven trent problem resolved today. Thank you so much for your help. Give these guys a call. Honest and professional.

Highly recommended, I contacted Neil and he arranged a visit the next day he turned up as agreed and did a first class job clearing the blockage straight away. I would highly recommend him and will certainly use him again in the future. Thanks again :-)

Fantastic service. Contacted on Monday evening and they were with me by 10:30 the next morning. Job was extremely quick and the issue resolved perfectly. Hopefully I won't need to use them again, but they'll be my first call if I do!

Blocked toilet - I called at 07.40, answered immediately. I was advised that due to the particular routing of our pipework they may not be able to assist due to the high pressure equipment they use. However, I was informed that they would come out on a no fix, no fee basis. By 08.25 the blockage had been removed, and camera inserted down pipe to explain the issue. Excellent service, quick, and clean.... also gave advice on what to do if it happened again. Absolutely, would recommend without hesitation. Fabulous service!
