Blocked Drains & Toilets Cleared Fast!

One quick call to these guys and the pond of waste seeping up from the drain was dealt with in under an hour. Even at 10am on a Sunday morning. Great service. Hopefully it'll be a while, but I'd definitely use again.

(Hillyfields) What can I say that hasn't already been said by other people? Absolutely brilliant service from Neil and Sean, a father and son team. Came as booked on time and in as little as 20 minutes the problematic job - Which Severn Trent said was "fat and grease" - was identified (blocked sewer pipe) and carried out successfully. Neil and Sean even cleaned down after themselves, which was really appreciated. I have already told my neighbours and my friends about Clear Flow Drains...if you want proper service, then CFD are a 100% your go to guys! They accept cash and card.

Neil was amazing!!! We had an external blocked drain, when we contacted Neil he was really helpful and explained exactly what the issue could be and what to look for. We needed a call out and he was able to respond within the hour (on a Sunday morning too!!). Neil resolved the issue very quickly and ensured that we were satisfied with what he had done and the functionality of the drain. He also gave great advice in preventing further issues. Neil arrived 30 minutes after I initially contacted him. Polite, efficient and thorough. He explained what would happen and the likely outcomes. Within the hour he was able to show me what the problem was and how he had solved it. Thoroughly recommend these guys. All the gear and all the knowledge!

I had a blocked drain and called a drain engineer to look at the issue although the engineer did conclude that's it was an issue with a neighbours drain he didn't do a good of solving the blockage, half an hour after they had left my drain was blocked again. I called/texts several times for them to comeback to sort the issue but they would ignore my calls/texts and when they would answer they would make false promises. I did try ringing another contractor but they also let me down and didn't turn up. I eventually contacted Clearflow Drains they turned up as aranged and got to work. They cleared the neighbours drain and my drain, they explained and showed the issue exactly. They gave me good advice on the steps to contacting Seven Trent to get a refund. I'm highly grateful to Clear Flow Drains for clearing my blocked drain, they have many years experience and won't let you down, highly recommend them.
