I called the night before with a over flowing outside drain which was causing lots of problems in my back garden. The guy was very professional came out next morning he took one look at the problem and said let me check with your neighbours. He found out 2 doors down had a over flowing drain as well that's where the problem started and she had called the council about it. He told me to called seven trent water they will sort it and no charge. I called seven trent problem resolved today. Thank you so much for your help. Give these guys a call. Honest and professional.

Thank you Neil and Sean! Came out at very short notice within a hour of ringing. Unblocked a mini fat berg that had accumulated over sometime for our shared lateral drain that was causing mine and my neighbours drains to back up. 3 very happy households from one job! Was even happy to check the main manhole to ensure it was flowing clearly to the main public sewer, which gave us peace of mind that we hadn't pushed the blockage further down. Always support local if you can and when they are that responsive, punctual, personable and with reasonable rates, it makes that decision even easier :).
