We live on Park home site in Earlswood Solihull .

Our toilet was blocked & both bathroom & kitchen sink wouldn’t drain.

One of our neighbours recommended Neil at Clearflow.

I called Neil Friday evening , he arrived promptly at 8am Saturday morning.

Within 30 minutes Neil had diagnosed the problem.

We called Clearflow after Righ*** plumbers told us our blocked drain was located in our garage, which was really odd considering in the 15 years we have lived here, no-one has ever mentioned this. After 2 hours of checking, I found nothing, told Righ*** and then....silence. We were charged for misdiagnosis, and nothing being done. Clearflow, however, turned up, cleared the drain, confirmed this was the main drain, gave us some advice to prevent further issues, chatted about our house sale and could not have been more efficient, friendly.....and also, get this, cheaper! Amazing service, this is what you should expect from a reputable company. Thank you.

Neil texted me very soon after I made an enquiry on checkatrader. He came exactly on time, this morning, was jolly and got my problem sorted (blocked outside toilet drain) I paid the price quoted. I got a little upset when he was here as life is a bit stressful all round at the moment and he was so kind (it was a bit embarrassing!) - he was such a nice chap. Would certainly recommend.
